2X Pfu Master Mix combines Pfu DNA polymerase, reaction buffer, dNTPs and enhancers in one concentrated mix. Only template and primers are added.
It is recommended for high-fidelity amplification, GC-rich or structured templates, primer extension at elevated temperatures and for cloning blunt-ended products. The mix is stable at 4 degrees C for 6 months.
