EASYCAL G2

The EASYCAL G2 automatic calibration station automates calibration, cal-checks, record keeping, and gas management for Lifeloc breath alcohol testers. Cradle the instrument, power on, and the station runs the sequence. Calibration is under 2 minutes; a cal-check is under 30 seconds. The housing takes 34 L, 60 L, 105 L, and 116 L dry-gas cylinders. Published gas standards are 0.040, 0.080, and 0.100 BAC (other common standards on request). Memory holds about 10,000 records before overwrite. The station is approximately 10.6 × 9.25 × 5.3 in (270 × 235 × 135 mm) and 3 lb. A color resistive touchscreen, Bluetooth printer link, USB software updates, seat and cylinder-pressure sensors, and automatic altitude correction are on the published specification. Power is 9 VDC 3 A regulated or six C alkaline cells with auto sleep. Operating range is 50–113 °F (10–45 °C).

Lifeloc lists EASYCAL G2 as compatible with currently manufactured Lifeloc EBTs and PBTs. A Lifeloc Operator and Calibration Technician Certification (C-LOCT) is required to calibrate a Lifeloc evidential breath tester, regardless of method.

Al-Shaker specifies EASYCAL G2 with the Phoenix 6.0BT or other Lifeloc testers on the same account, the first cylinder size and gas standard, and the print log, then installs, trains, and supports the station across Jordan, the GCC, and MENA.
